AsmitA India Realty is a family-run company across two generations, a structure that keeps decision-making close, accountable, and personally invested in every project we deliver.
Mr. S Muzaffar Hussain
Founder
Founder of AsmitA India Realty, S. Muzaffar Hussain has played a significant role in the growth of Naya Nagar, delivering 50+ residential developments over four decades. His expertise spans residential, commercial, education and healthcare projects, with his development portfolio extending internationally to a seven-tower residential project in Bucharest, Romania.
Mazhar Syed
DIRECTOR
Representing the next generation of AsmitA India Realty, Mazhar takes a hands-on approach to development, overseeing projects from planning through execution. Having led AsmitA Grand Maison from the ground up, he is now driving the company’s next phase of growth, with a particular focus on redevelopment and new opportunities across Mumbai.
Khurshad Syed
Director of Finance
Khurshad leads the financial strategy behind AsmitA India Realty’s developments, overseeing project finance, financial planning and long-term fiscal management. His role brings financial discipline and strategic oversight to the company’s continued growth.

Sarah works across marketing and business development at AsmitA India Realty, helping shape how the company and its developments are positioned and brought to market.
